*Customer Service Representative* Job Type: *Full-time*, Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm Salary: Starting at $48,000 We are seeking a passionate, driven, and hardworking *Customer Service Representative *to join our team! As a *Customer Service Representative* you will serve as the primary liaison between customers to efficiently process and facilitate orders for custom metal fabrication. With a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic you can help contribute to the further success of our company! *What you will do:* * Process incoming orders by verifying that all details are accurate and consistent with prior quotes. Create job in Job Boss. * Maintain all order tracking spreadsheets/databases, including cross-reference with all customer databases. Maintain pricing databases. * Participate in production schedule discussions with General Manager and Production Supervisors. * Support product shipping by creating bill of lading, commercial invoice, shipping labels, etc. * Communicate with customers over production and order status. * Use Microsoft Office programs and Job Boss. * Occasional need to reference and interpret technical drawings. * Other duties as assigned. *What you will need to succeed:* * A positive attitude and willingness to continuously develop your skills * Ability to learn Material Resource Planning software (JobBOSS) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize workload and perform with a high level of accuracy *Required Education and Experience:* * Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. * Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite * Previous administrative/office experience an asset * Accounts payable/receivable experience an asset *Why join us?* We offer competitive wages, training and development opportunities, excellent group health and dental insurance, disability benefits, life insurance + AD&D, employee assistance programs, an RRSP plan, and continuing education opportunities.
