Our positive workplace culture and reputation for excellence make us stand out from the crowd! *Job Description:* We're on the lookout for a skilled *Carpenter* or *Carpenter Apprentice* to join our team. If you're reliable, enthusiastic, and share our values of hard work and quality, we want you! At RYMAR, we offer ample opportunities for growth and leadership within our company. *Key Responsibilities:* As part of our team, you'll be reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand tools, power tools, and contributing to general labor. *Qualifications/Requirements:* * Experience in the construction industry * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions * Team player with strong communication skills * Proficient in reading and understanding construction blueprints * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation * Must have your own basic hand tools & toolbelt * Ability to work safely and follow site-specific safety regulations * *Certifications/Skills that would be a bonus:* * Journeyman or Red Seal Certification * First Aid Certification, Fall Protection, WHIMIS *RYMAR Perks:* * Full-time hours with every second Friday off * Optional overtime available * Paid travel and carpooling outside of Kamloops city limits * Free company swag * Extended Health Benefits *Wage:* Competitive wage based on experience.
