You will manage appointments, answer calls and customer questions, and maintain a professional reception area. We seek a friendly, organized individual with excellent communication skills. If you're customer-focused and can handle administrative tasks efficiently, this role is for you.Hourly Wage Range: $16.00 ? $17.35Applicants must be available to work, Saturday 8am-1pm.Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering and forwarding telephone calls, always in a professional mannerProvide information to clients, ensuring they are properly greeted and directedPosting daily cash, bank depositsData entryGeneral clerical dutiesOther duties as requiredRequirements:Exceptional oral and written communication skillsProfessional phone etiquetteHardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePost-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not requiredWhy Steele Auto?
