Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Group home. Remote location. Staff accommodation provided. Relocation costs covered by employer. Tasks: Housekeeping activities. Food preparation. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Implement behaviour management programs. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Target audience: Persons with an intellectual disability. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail.
