*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. *Duties* - Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to designated locations. - Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transport. - Perform heavy lifting and moving of products as required. - Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. - Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. - Assist in warehouse operations when necessary, including inventory management and organization. - Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. - Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. *Skills* - Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. - Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients. - Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely. - Experience operating forklifts is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial. - Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules efficiently.
