*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing high-quality plumbing services. This position requires expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will work with various tools and equipment to ensure that all plumbing installations meet safety standards and function effectively. *Responsibilities* - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. - Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. - Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently. - Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. - Collaborate with HVAC professionals to ensure integrated system functionality. - Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and repairs. - Execute basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues and solutions. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. *Qualifications* - Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry. - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems effectively. - Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. - Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing installations. - Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. - Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently. - A valid plumbing license may be required depending on local regulations.
