We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Assistant Controller to support our Controller in managing and executing financial functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, budgeting, and analytics to ensure the financial health and efficiency of the organization. This role will involve working closely with the Controller to develop budgets, perform financial analysis, and support overall financial strategy. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist in preparing, managing, and monitoring budgets for various departments. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. * Collaborate with the Controller to prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Assist in financial forecasting, planning, and cost control initiatives. * Help maintain financial systems and ensure data accuracy. * Provide support during audits and compliance reviews. * Collaborate with department heads to understand and project financial needs. * Support Controller in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial role, with strong analytical skills. * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, etc.). * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
