*THE ROLE* Regency Property is seeking detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person, position with a focus on interior design projects within the residential and townhome sectors. *ROLE REQUIREMENTS* * Bachelor?s degree in Interior Design or related field from a recognized institution * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the design process, FF&E, specifications, colour selection, and materials * Knowledge of AutoCAD , Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office applications . * Knowledge of Ontario Building Code * Exceptional graphics and presentation skills to communicate ideas including effective verbal and written skills * Ability to collaborate with other team members * Proven ability to identify and solve problems with creative solutions *ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES* * Collaborate in the brainstorming, design, and implementation of projects throughout all stages of the interior design process, including proposals, bidding, construction, and final closeout. * Create innovative and practical design solutions aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency. * Contribute to the development of Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development packages, along with proposals, bidding documents, construction drawings, and budgets. * Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to requirements, timelines, and budgets, and engage in quality assessments after construction completion. * Assist in defining specifications for materials and finishes. * Help prepare the sourcebook and coordinate FF&E, interior architecture plans, finishes, and product selections in collaboration with clients. * Participate in reviewing design development packages, construction documents, and drawings to ensure accuracy, design integrity, and compliance with brand standards. * Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members. This is a full-time, in person, position located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
