We believe in building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional service to our customers. *Position Overview:* We are looking for a customer-service-focused Inside and Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business development in new agricultural sectors. This role involves both in-office and on-the-road sales activities, requiring frequent travel to establish new relationships and deepen existing ones in poultry, food processing, ranching, produce, and silviculture. The ideal candidate will be motivated by building strong connections and providing tailored solutions that truly meet our customers' needs. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain new relationships with clients in the poultry, food processing (beef industry), ranching, produce, and silviculture sectors. * Drive a route truck stocked with inventory, visiting clients to demonstrate products and provide solutions that meet their specific needs. * Manage inside sales activities, including communication, orders, and customer support, to ensure seamless service. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand Mountain View?s presence in targeted industries. * Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company?s growth and expansion goals. * Keep detailed records of sales activities, inventory, and client interactions. * Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in both inside and outside sales, with a strong customer-service focus, ideally within agriculture, food processing, ranching, produce, silviculture, or industrial sectors. * Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships. * A proactive, customer-centered approach to sales and problem-solving. * Knowledge of poultry, food processing, ranching, produce, and silviculture products is an asset. * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *What We Offer:* * This position offers a base salary with a significant commission component, allowing you to drive your own earnings.
