Are you an experienced framer looking for a permanent, full-time role with a reputable residential construction company? We're looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing team! *Position: Framer* As a key member of our construction crew, you will play an essential role in shaping the framework for homes and residential buildings. Your responsibilities will include: * Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for exterior doors, windows, foundations, floors, walls, and roofs. * Using tools and techniques to shape and join materials with precision. * Collaborating with the team to develop and execute work plans efficiently and safely. *What We Offer:* * Full-time, permanent position * Competitive pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience * Monday to Friday shifts (8 to hour shifts) * Health benefits after 90 days of employment * A positive and supportive team environment *Qualifications:* * A minimum of 6+ years of framing experience in residential construction * Own reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver?s license * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team *Why Join Us?* We believe in supporting our team with comprehensive benefits, career stability, and a culture of respect and teamwork.
