You will have sales commission experience with a high customer service IQ, a thorough understanding of the sales process, and how to help our clients seamlessly through it. You will take great pride in your work and have a TEAM first mentality and attitude! *Responsibilities:* * Meet monthly and annual sales target goals * Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis * Communicate regularly with past and present customers * Be precise with information * Be stairs not elevator type person * Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders * Be able to crush goals * Be ready to be a part of a championship team *Requirements*: * Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle * Computer knowledge, understanding and expertise a must * A positive mind set at all times * Basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge required * Self confidence is key * Ability to self-manage * Ambitious and approachable * Attention to detail * Customer focused and strong communication skills * Strong time management skills * Coachable and trainable * Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call * Valid Driver?s License is required * Legal right to work in Canada *Why choose us!* We are a family owned and run business founded in Kelowna in 2011 and built on decades of experience in the industry; our business includes 9 award winning dealerships across BC.
