*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology sales and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish. *Responsibilities* * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. * Identify and target potential clients through market analysis and research. * Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. * Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress using CRM tools. * Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our products and services. *Requirements* * Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales. * Strong account management skills with the ability to analyze market trends effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities is preferred. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. * A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to client locations.
