We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. *Position Overview:* The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial functions of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will be an expert in QuickBooks and possess extensive experience in managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee all aspects of the company?s accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting. * Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. * Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. * Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company?s business objectives and decision-making. * Oversee tax compliance, including sales tax and income tax filings. * Work closely with external auditors and manage audit processes. * Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes, particularly in QuickBooks. * Support senior management with financial insights and strategic planning. * Manage cash flow and ensure optimal financial health of the company. * Collaborate with various departments to improve financial operations and efficiencies. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior financial management role. * Expertise in QuickBooks is mandatory. * Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. * Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Experience working in the technology or service industry is a plus. * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary based on experience. * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A dynamic and innovative work environment.
