*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation , contributing to meal preparation and food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. *Duties* - Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards - Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food handling and preparation - Support cooks in various kitchen tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils - Help with inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during peak hours - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and safety *Requirements* *- Must live in or near Margaree, NS.* - Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members - Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and cooking techniques - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Join our team today and be part of creating delicious meals that bring joy to our customers!
