*CAMERON STEEL *is looking for a skilled *INDUSTRIAL PAINTER *to join our growing Team*.*

Applicants must be able to work with minimal supervision and be willing to train as an industrial painter.
*Skills/Abilities include:*
* Must be able to work in a fast paced, quality-production environment
* Interpret blueprints and drawings as required to ensure work is performed to customer specifications
* Able to communicate issues and instructions clearly, efficiently and in a constructive manner
* Able to multi-task projects and meet production deadlines
* Paint booth experience and equipment knowledge
* Sandblast booth experience and equipment knowledge
* Maintain a clean work environment
*Responsibilities include:*
* Rig, hoist, and move parts as required
* Mix paint while ensuring proper manufactures identification and color codes meet the customer's specifications.
* Inspect parts prior to painting and verifying order quantities (where applicable)
* Prepare parts for paint, including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, masking, prepping and taping
* Spray with consistent millage and measure coating film thicknesses wet/dry as required by job specifications (epoxy, polyurethane, and high solids coatings) and be able to apply touch-ups using paint brushes
* Primer to be rolled on some parts in preparation for rubber lining
* Complete in a neat and legible manner any required quality documentation
* Understand all quality requirements for products and meet those requirements
* Detect and report defective material to Supervisor and/or Quality Inspector
* Identify and report any fault or safety concern in the operating of equipment or in the relation to any material or supplies to a supervisor.
*Experience with:*
· Forklifts
· Overhead cranes
Alternating Shifts:
Days - Monday ? Friday 7:00 a.m. ? 3:30 p.m.
Afternoons ? Monday ? Thursday 3:30 p.m. ? 2:00 a.m.
Salary: $20.00 - $30.00/hr ? Depending on experience
