*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to be the director of our daycare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working around children and be responsible for the planning, organizing and directing of the daycare to continue to support with the day to day to continue making it a fun and interactive environment for both the staff and the children. We have a great team and look forward to having you join us. *Duties* * Managing the employees and parent contracts of the daycare * Setting up daycare activities and team meetings * Provide attentive care and supervision to children and staff in the daycare * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children or any concerns they may have. * Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at the daycare. *Qualifications* * Experience as a daycare director * People skills required * Knowledge of early childhood education principles * Strong caregiving skills and ability to connect with children and the parents * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents * Speaks both English and French Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * DCS / DEC (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-14- LocationVaudreuil-Dorion, QC
