Responsibilities: * IRB Advisors offer consulting service to researchers and students who may need assistance with IRB submission and approval, clinical research support services, IND support, monitoring, auditing, IRB/HRPP consulting and educational services to contract research organizations, independent researchers and those responsible for the oversight of research with human participants. * Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data - Experience in process improvement, business analysis, and project management - Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, and a passion for driving positive change within organizations.
