*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House / Air BnB Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in residential Air BnB settings. This role requires strong time management skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of residential Air BnB spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds b, laundry, staging and sanitizing surfaces. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. * Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames. * Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are addressed systematically. * Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to client feedback and requests. * Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned homes. *Requirements* * Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Highly organized with attention to detail in all cleaning activities. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients. * Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols while cleaning.
