*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with responsibilities that span from supervising staff to managing cash handling processes. *Duties* * Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service. * Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. * Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and preparation. * Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of quality. * Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. * Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Experience in cash handling and financial management. * Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred but not required. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
