<p><strong>BY JOINING THE PRODUCTION TEAM, YOU WILL PARTICULARLY:<br></strong></p><ul><li>Handcrafting and assembly small components, mechanical or otherwise, using a microscope and/or tool.</li><li>Participate in the design and development of medical devices.</li><li>Design, set up and perform tests to verify the viability and performance of medical devices.</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance procedures on laboratory equipment.</li><li>Following SOP?s, procedures, and ensure standards are met, and productivity goals are achieved.</li><li>Collect, analyze, summarize information, and write repots.</li><li>Develop and refine manufacturing process to achieve satisfactory results in terms of objectives and specifications.</li><li>Identify new equipment, design/fabricate tooling/fixture to improve device manufacturability.</li><li>Train and support operators during manufacturing-related activities</li><li>Perform work in accordance with ISO 13485 Quality Management System.</li><li>Take responsibility in the team and in the project.</li><li>May carry out projects from A to Z with the support of the manager.</li><li>To maximize the effectiveness of the position, this job description is subject to change according to a consensus of the 2 parties (Agile MV Technologies Inc «A Resonetics Company» and the employee).</li></ul><br><p></p> <br> <p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul><li>Technical diploma and or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in the medical field.</li><li>Demonstrate autonomy, creativity, and dexterity.</li><li>Detail oriented and quality focused.</li><li>Knowledge in the field of electronics, machining and instrumentation is an asset.</li><li><span>Advanced level of oral and written French.</span><span></span></li><li><span>Advanced level of English, to interact with customers and suppliers who are mainly international. To comply with international industry standards.</span></li><li>Flexible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Has an inquiring mind and synthesis.</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
