We are looking for a Bookkeeper to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the winery. The ideal candidate will be someone with a problem solving approach, and has the ability to prioritize and multitask. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
The ideal candidate will show initiative, be self-motivated, and trustworthy. Overall you will ensure smooth running of our company?s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
_*This candidate must be able to work Monday to Fridays set schedule with at least 5 hours a day.*_
*Job Duties:*
· Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, schedule meetings and support visitors
· Assisting various departments to ensure as assigned to ensure they have support, including accounting and operations
· Sourcing supplier quotes, negotiating and purchasing products, arranging logistics,
· Updating and maintaining data spreadsheets, including general bookkeeping and payroll calculations, filing,
· ROE, year end assistance,
· Handling all donation inquiries and incoming requests,
· Finding ways to maximize work efficiency and minimize costs, and
· Other duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
* Two years? experience as an office administrator, office assistant, customer service representative, or relevant role
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organizational skills
* Comfortable speaking to guests and tour operators on the phone
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Quickbooks knowledge an asset
* Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
* Possess a positive attitude and energy
