*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*
*The Program and Role: *
We are looking for a detail-orientated, passionate and purposeful individual to join our team.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to both Stepping Up and Restorative Justice team members and clients to ensure the efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to reception, organization, documentation, financial management and communication. This position is integral to ensure that as a co-located team, we can provide day-to-day program operations and timely services to clients.
Stepping Up is a domestic violence treatment program that aims to grow healthy, safe partner relationships by building values of compassion, respect, and equality (*www.prsteppingup.ca*).
PRRJ is a community-based restorative justice program that offers victim-centered restorative processes for those who have experienced crime/harm to address their needs/impacts (*www.prrestorativejustice.ca*).
*Primary Responsibilities:*
· Providing support in all aspects of day-to-day operations of PRRJ and Stepping Up inclusive of keeping our office open to the public Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm.
· Being a welcoming, safe and positive front-line connection for clients and community, delivering client-centered care through a trauma-informed lens.
· Administrative duties including scheduling, answering phones, managing emails/office correspondence, office organization, filing and data entry.
· Maintaining our online presence through social media, developing promotional materials and conducting regular website maintenance.
· Attending and participating in community engagement opportunities and representing the agency in a respectful, professional and informative manner.
· Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

*Qualifications:*
· Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Apricot, QuickBooks and/or Sage.
· Commitment to working actively and collaboratively with team members, and referral agencies.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
