Local industrial manufacturer of custom automation and tooling in the Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, Defence, and Medical industries is seeking a Technical Sales Account Representative. -This role will require visits to current and potential customers across Canada and the USA. -Develop and execute sales strategy with existing customers and targeting of prospective customers to increase sales. -Work with estimating and engineering on request for quotes. -Ability to manage own schedule efficiently and accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. -Ability to work late evenings and weekends when necessary. -Ability to create customer contacts and navigate large corporate structures to find key contacts. -Report to Sales Manager with weekly sales reports Qualifications: -Very strong oral and written communication skills. -Strong interpersonal, customer service and negotiating skills. -Valid drivers license. -Passport or Nexus Card for cross border travel. -Willingness and ability to be self-reliant on traveling. Minimum of 5 year?s experience in sales role with mature accounts. Competitive salary based on sales experience + commissions.
