The Analyst is involved in all phases of potential transactions, including evaluation of opportunities, development of deal models, due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution. The Analyst is responsible for assisting their Manager/Director in preparing presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors reporting on transactions and corporate development initiatives. This is a remote opportunity available to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area as onsite visits will be required periodically.
