*Full job description* *Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working with various electrical components, utilizing both hand and power tools, and ensuring that all installations and repairs meet safety standards. The Electrician will be responsible for both low-voltage and industrial electrical work, contributing to the successful completion of projects. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment by relevant codes and standards. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. * Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various electrical installation and maintenance tasks. * Troubleshoot electrical issues, identifying problems quickly and implementing effective solutions. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger projects. * Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety compliance. * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low-voltage applications. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Familiarity with industrial electrician practices is preferred. * Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. * Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations are a plus.
