Leede Financial is currently seeking an Executive Assistant in our Calgary Office. The successful candidate will support the Executive Leadership Team, ensure efficient operations, and contribute to the business's success.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders.
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail.
* Serve as a key point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and organize offsite events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Schedule executive meetings and assist with preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up tasks.
* Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
* Oversee and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including expense reporting and document management.
* Support advisor marketing initiatives, including assisting with promotional materials and ensuring branding consistency.
* Manage administrative responsibilities such as ordering business cards and other branded materials.
* Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
* Support various projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 5 years? experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proficiency in managing and operating advanced telecommunications systems.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Friendly and professional demeanor.
* Experience in handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
