Our dynamic team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, lifesaving knowledge and skills to diverse businesses and groups. *We?re seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven B2B Sales Representative to help expand our footprint and foster relationships with businesses that value safety and preparedness.* *Position Overview:* The B2B Sales Representative will play a critical role in our mission to reach and engage businesses in need of First Aid, CPR, and safety training solutions. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a passion for customer engagement, who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and remote responsibilities. You?ll be spending half your time on the road meeting potential clients, attending networking events, and creating relationships, while the other half will be focused on remote sales activities, lead management, and client follow-ups. *Responsibilities:* * *Prospect and Build Relationships (50% Fieldwork):* * Identify, qualify, and approach businesses and organizations within your assigned territory to establish partnerships for First Aid, CPR, and safety training courses. * Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our training solutions, understand client needs, and demonstrate how our services can enhance workplace safety. * Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to identify new leads and expand Coast2coast First Aid?s visibility in the business community. *Sales Development and Account Management (50% Remote):* * Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and nurture existing client relationships to build trust and increase sales. * Conduct remote presentations, sales calls, and webinars to engage clients and answer any questions they may have regarding our offerings. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports. * Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. * *Strategy and Improvement:* * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services. * Develop a thorough understanding of Coast2coast First Aid?s products and stay updated on industry standards and regulations. *Qualifications:* *Experience:* * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in health and safety, education, or a related field. *Skills and Competencies:* * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to travel within the assigned territory and manage a hybrid work schedule. * Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting tools. *Education:* * Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. *What We Offer:* * *Competitive Salary and Commission:* Base salary plus performance-based commission structure. * *Flexible Hybrid Work Environment:* A blend of on-the-road and work-from-home responsibilities. * *Professional Development:* Ongoing training, development opportunities, and potential for career growth within the company. * *Comprehensive Benefits:* Health, dental, and other benefits tailored to support your well-being.
