We are expanding and have two openings for self-motivated HVAC (Boiler) Sales Engineers.
We are looking for experienced HVAC Sales Professionals, to develop new and expand existing markets to increase revenue. Candidates must be enthusiastic, self driven, detail oriented, love challenges and enjoy contributing to the success of the team in a progressive work environment. Good communication skills, mechanical and technical knowledge is a must. Sales role includes cultivating relationships, building trust, asking questions, problem solving, developing solutions, along with closing sales and increasing new business in a competitive, fast paced environment.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 3 years proven Industry experience
* Must be organized, passionate, self performer, and result driven.
* Proven track record in sales and building long term business relationships
* Master strategic sales tools and have a hunter mindset, with a drive for sales
* Effective communication must be demonstrated as both written, verbal skills when dealing with customers and sales.
* Confidence to meet with clients, to build customer relationships quickly and effectively
* Prepare engineering package, specification, and/or recommendations for HVAC, plumbing, and piping
* Troubleshooting, resolve mechanical/installation issues
* Experience in manufacturing using stainless steel products and design
* Experience in heat transfer and fluid dynamics an asset
* Experience with ASME, CSA and Technical Safety

*Responsibilities*
* Utilize mechanical knowledge and engineering principles to design and develop HVAC systems.
* Create detailed schematics and utilize CAD software for drafting and modeling.
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes.
* Utilize communication skills to effectively convey technical information to team members.
* Apply problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges in system design.
* Utilize premium skills such as SolidWorks for project development.
