*About Us:* We are a locally owned jewelry store in Grande Prairie, Alberta, known for working with top brands in the jewelry industry. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. *Position Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys helping others find the perfect piece of jewelry. We provide comprehensive training, so while previous retail sales experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. *Responsibilities:* ? Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry ? Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering product recommendations ? Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the shopping experience ? Maintain product knowledge of various jewelry brands and collections ? Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately ? Assist with merchandising, restocking, and ensuring the store?s appearance is up to standard ? Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals *Requirements:* ? Must have authorized work status in Canada ? Proven experience in customer service, ideally dealing with the general public ? Retail sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person ? Must be able to work on Saturdays (the store is closed on Sundays and holidays) ? A positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping others ?
