*Job Summary* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the daily operations of our farm. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience with farm machinery and a passion for agriculture. *Responsibilities* * Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. * Maintain gardens and fields by performing tasks such as weeding, watering, and fertilizing. * Operate heavy equipment and farm machinery safely and efficiently. * Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and produce. * Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks. * Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of crops. * Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. *Experience* * Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. * Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment repairs is beneficial. * Ability to perform basic math for measuring and calculating crop yields or supplies needed. * Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in a farm setting is advantageous.
