-Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe and weekly orders of goods for the cafe; -Ensure outlets deliver optimal and excellent standards customer experience; -Ensure that the employees are trained and equipped with the right customer skills and product knowledge; -Ensure that employees adhere to Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Café policies and standards, such as uniforms, punctuality, grooming and etc.; -Assist in the monitoring of employees? performance to maximize sales and service potential; Prepare the weekly schedule of the employees for the cafe; Minimum of one (1) year experience in a restaurant (required); Au moins 1 année d'expérience en restauration (obligatoire); Must speak French and English; Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Montréal, QC H2X 1H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMontréal, QC
