The Supervisor's responsibilities will include inventory accuracy, improving processes, and supervising warehouse staff. This position will work Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m.?3:30 p.m.). *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. * Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes. * Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy * Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices. * Oversee the replenishment and management of Kanban parts in warehouse and assembly areas. * Collaborate closely with the scheduler and plant manager to meet work order deadlines * Perform daily cycle counts and conduct thorough root cause analysis to address discrepancies. * Provide quick, practical solutions to any issues or concerns that arise throughout the day. *Skills and Qualifications* * Strong communication skills * Excellent organizational abilities * Familiarity with warehouse management systems * Previous experience in a supervisory role * Ability to lead and motivate a team * Knowledge of inventory control processes * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational needs.
