CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking an Office Assistant to join the Project Team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the team.
*Responsibilities / Duties:*
* Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
* Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Assist with inventory management and procurement
* Provide general administrative support to the team as required
*Skills and Requirements:*
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self starter, inquisitive, with willingness to learn, be coached and grow into the position
*Education / Experience*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or manufacturing shop/construction office is considered an asset
* Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
* Open, based on skillsets developed both from work experience and relevant education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
