Full Time Customer Service Representative ? Richmond, BC (Tuesday-Saturday, 9:30 AM-6:00PM)
As a Customer Service Representative for CARO Analytical Services? growing laboratory network, your main responsibilities will include:
*Work Order Tasks*
* Work order LIMS Login.
* Sample Labelling.
* Confirm COC discrepancies with Account Manager or Client (as needed).
* Sending Login notification to clients promptly.
* Updating work orders with additional analysis and/or revisions
* Complete bottle order Requests on WooCommerce and use it for tracking/preparing/packing order and shipping on-time.
*Client Facing*
* Greet walk-in clients and receive incoming samples.
* Responding to incoming client calls and emails.
*Logistics*
* Receiving incoming samples from couriers and assisting walk-in clients.
* Shipping ? return coolers, interoffice shipments, sublet.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* College degree/diploma in related discipline desired, but not required.
* Previous customer service or laboratory experience is an asset.
* Experience and genuine dedication to customer care/service.
* Positive, outgoing, optimistic personality.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills; detail oriented.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.).
* Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
