OKV Electric is a small residential electrical business in the Okanagan valley, based out of Vernon, BC. We service the area from Armstrong to Kelowna. Looking for a journeyperson electrician to grow with the company. Successful candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of residential experience, in the new construction, renovation, and service sectors. You would be required to run job sites unsupervised, and report directly/ work along side the owner. We are looking for someone who is personable, friendly, and respectful, as a lot of work will be inside clients homes. Must have valid class 5 drivers license and a cellphone. Service van available. Must have hand tools, drills/ battery powered tools. Wage to be negotiated based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Company car * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Journeyperson Electrician: 2 years (preferred) Language: * English (required) Location: * Vernon, BC (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationVernon, BC
