*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic *Supervisor* to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees. * Train and onboard new staff members. * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. * Implement strategies to meet sales targets. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. *Skills* * Strong negotiation skills. * Proficiency in administrative tasks. * Experience in store management. * Excellent phone etiquette. * Proven supervisory and leadership abilities. * Strong organizational skills. * Sales experience is a plus. * Ability to set prices effectively. * Knowledge of clerical duties * Marketing, Social Media Experience * Customer Service Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 30 ? 35 per week Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Oakville, ON L6H 4L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Restaurant management: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOakville, ON
