*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating press brake machines. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components according to specifications and blueprints. The Press Brake Operator will work closely with other team members to maintain efficiency and uphold safety standards in the workplace. *Responsibilities* * Operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. * Set up and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance. * Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards. * Utilize hand tools and machinery for assembly tasks as needed. * Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning. * Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any issues that arise during operations. * Safely operate cranes for moving heavy materials when necessary. *Skills* * Proficient in operating press brake machines with a solid understanding of their functions. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. * Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents. * Familiarity with machining processes, including CNC programming. * Competence in using hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. * Attention to detail for quality inspection of products. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of safety protocols related to machinery operation.
