We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while promoting our products and services.
*Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
* Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to meet customer needs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
* Handle complaints with professionalism and work towards effective resolutions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer experience.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining phone etiquette.
* Able to work in a very fast paced enviroment.
* Able to multi task
*Skills*
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers.
* Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Experience in automotive and reception and sales is highly desirable.
* Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. .

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

* Data entry: 1 year (required)
