Position Description :SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Responsible for ensuring the efficient management of residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties. The primary goal is to maximize occupancy rates and rental income by implementing effective property management policies and procedures. Close collaboration with the local management team to execute projects, monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, and ensure the ultimate success of the program. Pivotal in driving the financial success and operational efficiency of our property management initiatives. Ownership of Expenditure Management and Revenue Collection.
