<p><span><span>Being a Senior Manager</span> - Commercial learning means being responsible for a multidisciplinary training team that will support our Commercial business line partners in their business ambitions by developing strategies that will have a direct impact on employee attraction, development, engagement, and achieving our business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Manager - Commercial Banking Sales Effectiveness and will be matrix-managed with the Employee Experience Business Partner.</span></p> <p><span>The Business sector aims to update its training methods both for initial training and continuous training, for all roles within the business line.</span></p> <p><span>The mandate requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and multiple stakeholders to deploy innovative solutions that meet the constantly evolving needs of employees.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Your Role:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Conduct needs analysis with market leaders and develop the learning strategy to deploy simple, innovative, and project-specific solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Design learning solutions in collaboration with the Employee Experience Learning team following best practices across the bank.</span></li> <li><span>Support/enable business sectors and project teams in the training design.</span></li> <li><span>Identify stakeholders and work collaboratively with them to support them in achieving their mandate.</span></li> <li><span>Closely monitor project scope, costs, timelines, risks, and external suppliers.</span></li> <li><span>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust your schedule based on priorities.</span></li> <li><span>Provide learning advice to business sectors or value chains you work with to develop certain employee pools.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to the smooth functioning of work processes and their continuous improvement.</span></li> <li><span>Mobilize a multidisciplinary training team.</span></li> <li><span>Work in collaboration with th<span>e</span><span><span> PB1859</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Your Team:</span></strong></p> <p><span>You report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales Efficiency and will also be matrix-managed with the EE Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to create and lead a team passionate about learning. The team holds a prominent place within the large <span>Commercial Banking </span>family. Well established transversally within the organization, the team and its leader have the opportunity to have a positive impact across all sectors of the company. Do you want to balance strategy and execution, sectoral and transversal, thinking about the present and preparing for the future?</span></p> <p><strong><span>Prerequisites:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor?s degree related to the field of activity and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.</span></li> <li><span>A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, either in learning needs analysis, defining learning strategies, or designing learning solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Project management experience in agile or waterfall project contexts.</span></li><li><span>Experience in team management and coaching</span></li> <li><span>Excellent written communication (grammar, syntax, writing).</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in the Office suite and collaboration tools.</span></li> <li><span>Focused on finding suitable solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrate creativity and innovation.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to influence and work in a team.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to adapt to changes and evolve in a transforming environment.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to adapt to project volatility and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent time and priority management.</span></li> </ul> <strong>Your benefits</strong><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>In addition to competitive compensation, upon hiring you?ll be eligible for- LocationMontréal, QC
