Source Atlantic is a growing and dynamic organization that empowers, innovates and grows talent.Why Us?Thriving company dedicated to excellence and innovation.Collaborative team environment fostering growth and development.Opportunity to lead impactful HR projects and shape organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategyOversee and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employeesBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands ensuring a positive work environment, providing consulting and coaching to managersImplement and manage performance appraisal systemsIdentify talent and training needs for different business units, develop training programs and monitor effectiveness Ensure organizational compliance with regulationsRecommend, develop and update HR policies and proceduresDesign and implement employee retention strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field3-4 years' experience in HR with a strong understanding of various functionsPreference will be given to those with experience.
