The chosen candidate will support the finance team and business partners in the follow-up of results, action plans, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning to help achieve financial objectives.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>Your role</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Act as a financial business partner to the Operations and Pro team leaders.</span></li> <li><span>Analyze and interpret financial results related to the Sales & Margin for the corporate stores.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in the forecasts and budget of the Pro & Retail business, as well as monitor variances between actual results and the budget on a periodic basis.</span></li> <li><span>Support business partners in the development of action plans and monitor results.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct ad hoc analysis to explain results and identify opportunities.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in the business case for new projects and make recommendations on them.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>The qualifications we are looking for</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor?s degree in finance or accounting.</span></li> <li><span>At least 6 years of experience in a financial role.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in the retail industry is an asset.</span></li> <li><span>Self-motivated, results-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to speak in front of a group and can explain financial concepts to the public.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent analytical, synthesis skills and show initiative and dynamism.</span></li> <li><span>Strong interpersonal, teamwork and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills</span></li> <li><span>Ability to w- LocationBoucherville, QC
