Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Be available to respond to emergencies</li><li>Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required</li><li>Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and pool, gym</li><li>Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations</li><li>Maintain a clean working environment</li><li>Maintain property spaces and systems</li><li>Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces</li><li>Other Related Tasks</li><li>Painting of rental units</li><li>Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas</li><li>Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances</li></ul><div>Construction</div><ul><li>Cleaning and performing maintenance duties</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years</li><li>DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Free indoor parking</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Schedule adapted to your needs and operations (flexible)</li><li>Renovated apartment, air-conditioned and appliances included</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationLaval, QC
