<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground and we are looking for hard-working individuals to join our growing team.</p><p>Delivery Driver Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.</li><li>Completion of all assigned deliveries and managing pickups within a given time</li><li>Use of hand held device to record all activity for the day.</li><li>Maintain security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.</li><li>Ability to lift, bend, carry & load packages</li><li>Organize and plan route using area map or route plan and navigation apps.</li><li>Professional attitude and interact effectively with operation teams</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace be self motivated and work well on your own and as a team.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Full valid driver's license</li><li>Clean drivers abstract (no more than 1 violation within last 3 years)</li><li>Clean criminal background check</li><li>Preference will be given to the candidates with minimum of one (1) year commercial driving experience within the last (3) years ( cube van, straight truck, step van/truck )</li></ul><p>Note: Shift timings and scheduled days of work may change from time to time based on business requirements; therefore, flexibility in your schedule is a required.</p><p>ONBOARDING & TRAINING:</p><ul><li>All candidates are required to pass interviews, criminal history check, & have clean driver's abstract no more than 1 traffic violation in the last 3 years in order to qualify for the role.</li><li>Training will be provided to those selected for the position Please be sure to include any relevant experience when applying for the position.</li></ul><p>Although we welcome all applicants, we will only be contacting candidates meeting the above criteria for interview.</p></div></div>- LocationSaanichton, BC
