Join us at DeckMart and contribute to our dynamic team. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. * Utilize Workday and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient data management and recruitment tracking. * Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management. * Analyze data related to employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making. * Negotiate employment offers and manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner. * Oversee program management related to employee development, training initiatives, and performance evaluations. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies. *Essential Skills* * *Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:* Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. * *Employee Relations:* Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills. Ability to handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. * *Performance Management:* Proficiency in designing and managing performance evaluation systems. Experience in coaching and developing employees to meet performance goals. * *HR Policies and Compliance:* In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Ability to develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. * *Organizational Development:* Experience in managing change and driving organizational growth. Skills in developing and implementing training and development programs. * *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. * *Benefits Administration:* Knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health benefits and RSP matching plans. Ability to manage relationships with external benefits providers. * *Strategic Planning:* Ability to align HR initiatives with the company?s strategic goals. Experience in workforce planning and succession planning. * *Problem-Solving Skills:* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Capability to address and resolve complex HR issues. * *Leadership and Team Management:* Proven leadership skills to manage and develop the HR team. Ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their best. * *Technology Proficiency:* Familiarity with HR software and systems. Ability to leverage technology to streamline HR processes. * *Confidentiality and Ethics:* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
