*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. *Duties* * Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. * Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. * Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations. * Execute bank reconciliations on a regular basis to maintain accurate cash flow records. * Utilize accounting software QuickBooks * Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support corporate finance initiatives. * Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis as needed. *Experience* * Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the finance sector (1-2 years). * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. * Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks preferred. * Experience in payroll processing, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation is essential. * Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
