The role of the *Reservations Supervisor* to ensure the quality of work and to work alongside the Reservations Manager to supervise all aspects of accommodations coordinators to support Frontiers clients.
As a part of the *Reservations Department*, you will play a key role in supervising accommodation coordinators and ensuring that their work is up to company standards. This *full-time, salaried position *reports to the *Reservations Manager. *
* Supervising, coordinating and supporting the activities of accommodation coordinators.
Recognizing and recommending solutions to Reservations Manager when productivity issues are noticed.
Identifying agents that need additional support and working with Training and Development coordinator to find time and schedule targeted help.
* Ability to support reservations department when required.
Being the first escalation point if the reservations team needs guidance and assistance on issues from other agents, vendors, and clients.
Providing guidance and assistance on problems and issues from agents, vendors, and clients.
Monitoring and sending appropriate personnel updates in corporate travel policies.
Keeping department aware of any changes to client travel policies.
Assigning and distributing client reservations and or change requests.
Supporting Accommodations Coordinators to complete all tasks for the day.
* Contributes to the development of processes and procedures in the reservation department.
* Remaining up to date and supporting team with all aspects of client additions, changing preferences, and new processes
Hosting daily team huddle, ensuring information is effectively communicated.
*Skills*
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Minimum 1 year supervisor experience
* Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum 1 year experience with GDS required
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
