*Overview* Our growing company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely and successful project delivery. *Job Duties* - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. - Conduct risk management assessments to minimize potential project risks. - Navigate an ERP system to organize project workflows and timelines effectively. - Manage working relationships with clients, internal resources, and third parties, including vendors, subcontractors, and utilities. - Collaborate with designers and other Project Managers to allocate resources, evaluate progress, and obtain necessary permits. - Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures whenever possible. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. *Requirements* - 2+ years of proven experience in project management. - Preferably with experience in the sign industry (asset) - Strong organizational and team management skills. - Proficiency in construction or fabrication project planning and execution. - Familiarity with data analysis to derive project insights. - Knowledge of change management principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. \*\*What We Offer - A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth. - A collaborative team culture that values input and innovation.
