*Location:* Winnipeg *Employment Type:* Full-time, Permanent *Reports to:* Operations Manager *Do you have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service? WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a painting crew and ensure quality results on every job site! What You'll Do:* * *Job Site Management*: Oversee a crew of 3-5+ painters, ensuring materials, equipment, and team members are ready to deliver exceptional results. You'll ensure all projects meet WOW 1 DAY PAINTING's high standards for quality, safety, and timeliness. * *Team Leadership*: Lead and coach your team to drive performance, conduct daily huddles, and develop crew members' skills. * *Customer Interaction*: Be the main point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring their needs are met. Handle any concerns, manage work orders, and collect payments upon job completion. * *Communication and Reporting*: Keep management informed on project status and potential issues. Maintain accurate job site records, including material use, hours worked, and customer feedback. *What You Bring:* * 5+ years of professional painting experience. * 1+ year of leadership experience in painting, construction, or home services. * Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and best practices. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage project logistics. * A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. *Why WOW 1 DAY PAINTING?* * *Competitive Compensation*: $24-$30 per hour * *Bonus Potential*: Up to $6000 in production bonuses * *Benefits*: Tips, branded clothing, tools and equipment provided, on site parking *Work Environment:* This is an on-site role, requiring leadership in various working conditions, including outdoor job sites and exposure to fluctuating temperatures.
