Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Modern office setting ```Duties``` - Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock management - Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement - Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a warehouse distribution environment - Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and AS400 software - Excellent data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization - Familiarity with materials management principles and best practices - Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Note: Experience with order picking, packaging, pricing is a plus.
